Project Management
Project management is the practice of initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work of a team to achieve specific goals and meet specific success criteria at the specified time. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals within the given constraints. The object of project management is to produce a complete project which complies with the client’s objectives. In many cases the objective of project management is also to shape or reform the client’s brief to feasibly address the client’s objectives. The five phases of the project management are,
- Project Initiation
- Project Planning
- Project Execution
- Project Monitoring
- Project Closure
How it works
We can add new projects. Before adding new projects we should first buy the membership. Based on the membership benefits differ, such as no. of projects can create, no. of users added to the project, no. of comments and file storage.
We can create new cases, where the users and client can communicate and update is done. For each case we can add priority and assigned to the users or the clients. We can also mark the status of the case like in progress, done. Selecting the done will close the case. we can also view all the closed cases. It also captures the date on which the case is created.
We can see the completion chart that shows the open and closed cases. Latest comments are displayed as overview. History and my comments option are available. We can also attach files and images in the comments.
